The Importance of Consistency and Frequency with ABC™ Treatment
Treatment with Advanced Biostructural Correction™ is not like any other method that aims to correct the structure or function of the body. The more traditional types of treatments applied for mechanical problems with the body such as massage therapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, and physiotherapy all rely on addressing secondary knock-on effects of the underlying mechanical issues rather than tackling them at the source. They also tend to result in quicker but much more temporary changes (if any) as a result of this, as well as being a bit more hit-and-miss in their application in terms of frequency and consistency.
Treatment with ABC™ is far more progressive in nature as a result of addressing the underlying mechanical problems in order to create real and lasting change, but this also means that more time and effort is required in order to create those changes in the body, just as it is with any process that creates real and lasting change rather than a “quick fix”.

How Frequency and Consistency Affect Posture Wellness Goals
One analogy I like to use to explain this is starting an exercise programme to get into good physical shape/conditioning, because this is a concept most people can easily understand.
When you start an exercise programme, you are typically going to have an end goal in mind and a rough time frame in which you want to achieve that goal. You also know that in order to reach that goal by a certain point in time, you will need a certain amount of both consistency and frequency in engaging in the exercise plan in order to make the desired changes in your body. I’m defining consistency here primarily as ensuring that you are doing the exercise(s)/going to the gym at regular intervals with little or no variation in that, meaning you are doing this consistently on a weekly basis.
Closely related is frequency, which in this case is the number of times each week you are doing the exercise(s) in order to reach your goal in the desired time frame. We all know that if we are missing entire weeks of exercise, or are skipping sessions within each week, our progress will significantly slow or halt, and we will not reach our goal in the desired amount of time, or perhaps not at all.
ABC™ treatments build on each other
It is much the same with ABC™ treatment and for similar reasons. With exercise, in order to build up a certain amount of muscle or cardiovascular conditioning, each session builds on the last, because the changes to the body produced through exercise are progressive over time. In a similar manner, ABC™ treatments build on each other and produce the desired changes over time, but in order to do so, the consistency and frequency of treatment must also be in place or the changes will slow or halt.
What Others Are Saying
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
ABC™ and Dr Tim have dramatically helped both myself and my daughter. I have scoliosis and my daughter has posture issues which lead to terrible migraines. Tim helped us both improve our posture which led to us looking and feeling on top of the world! My daughter’s migraines have now gone! Would recommend to anyone! ~Lisa
Create Positive Progress In Your ABC™ Treatment
Another way to think about this more from the perspective of frequency is what I refer to as the “roundabout” analogy. To avoid confusion, I mean the type of roundabout children play on in the park, rather than the ones you drive through. When you have children on a roundabout, in order to get it moving at a certain speed, someone must push on the equipment at a certain pace in order to get it moving at a certain speed. Once it reaches that speed, the input still has to be given at regular intervals in order to maintain it, although it may be slightly less than it took to get things started.
However, if the pace (frequency) of those pushes diminishes too much, the roundabout will significantly slow or even stop if the pace of pushing on it is spaced too far apart.
This is how your body works with ABC™ treatment as well. Part of the reason for this is that not only will a lack of enough positive input into the process slow things down, it can also be slowed or halted by negative input as well, which compounds the effect. The things many of us do in an ordinary day (such as doing a lot of sitting) will have a negative effect on the process by breaking our bodies down mechanically again. So as you can imagine, this also has the potential to increase the effect of slowing the process down or halting it altogether; particularly when treatment frequency or consistency falls off.
